The journal focuses on publishing current research findings and review articles in the fields of management and accounting. Operationally, the technical management of IJMA is fully supported by the academic expertise of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Alma Ata.The main focus of IJMA covers various strategic studies in management and accounting, including financial management, human resource management, operational management, financial accounting, public sector accounting, behavioral accounting, and accounting information systems. Every submitted manuscript undergoes rigorous evaluation based on novelty, methodological rigor, and adherence to scientific publication ethics standards.IJMA increased its publication frequency to two issues annually (February and August), featuring five to seven high-quality articles per issue. The journal is nationally accredited at SINTA 5 by the Ministry of Research and Technology/National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) for the period from Volume 4 Issue 1 (2023) to Volume 8 Issue 2 (2027). Under the editorial leadership of Editor-in-Chief Kusumaningdiah Retno Setiorini, the editorial team and peer reviewers are fully committed to maintaining the quality and transparency of the review process for every manuscript.
