Regarding to the increasing interest of graduates of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti and by following up on the Circular Letter of the Director General of Higher Education No. 152/E/T2012 of the Ministry of Education and Culture concerning Publication of Student Scientific Work dated January 27, 2012, Attachment to Permendristekdikti No. 44 of 2015 jo. Permenristekdikti No. 59 of 2018, and the Circular Letter of the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs No. B/565/B.B1/HK.01.01/2019 dated July 8, 2019 concerning Means of Student Publications by prioritizing the publication of scientific papers on the Higher Education repository page and the Decree of the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti Number 061C/SKD/FH/VIII/2020 concerning Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of Education and Student Regulations of the Bachelor of Law Study Program, Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti related to the obligation of scientific publications in the form of journals, therefore it is necessary to carry out these obligations. Then, it is hoped that this publication can increase research activities to develop legal science in order to answer the nation's problems and improve the quality of life and civilisation, as well as add real work that is beneficial to society, nation and state. Jurnal Reformasi Hukum Trisakti has changed the publishing schedule, starting from Volume 3 Number 1 of 2021. The new publication schedule is February, May, August, and November.
